Shipping Policy

Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Everything else goes the next working day.

Metro cities typically receive orders in two to three days. Other serviceable pincodes take three to five. Remote areas can take longer, and the tracking link is the most accurate estimate once the parcel is scanned.

Charges

Delivery is free on orders of ₹750 or more. Below that, a flat ₹50 delivery charge applies.

Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes, on orders up to ₹5,000, and carries a handling fee of ₹49.

Where we ship

We deliver across India. We do not currently ship internationally — several of our formulations are prescription-regulated in other countries and cannot be exported.
